Most Millie's products are handmade and can take up to 20 working days to be dispatched. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. 
We can exchange your items for different sizes or for items of the same value. The item must be unworn and in a good sell-able condition. Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your order, if you would like an exchange. Please contact us if you would like to send your items back for a refund.
